Wax warmer August 16, 2010 Vivienne McIlrath I'm very pleased with the warmer and the wax. Both very effective. The sticks and strips, however, are ONLY suitable for eyebrow waxing. They are unusable for leg waxing.
Some good, Some not so good June 24, 2010 Taylor Nick (Florida, USA) Warmer: I LOVE the warmer. I let the wax heat up for 30-45 mins and it's nice and spreadable. It's nice because it has different temperature settings. As the wax gets lower you don't need as much heat.
All Purpose Honee Wax: I really like the wax. It grabs every hair. I got 2 full leg waxes out of 1 tub of wax. BEWARE: it is VERY sticky. If you're used to creme waxes, this is way stickier. I picked up some disposable table cloths to lay underneath me next time because I still have wax stuck to my tile floor from the first time (I've cleaned it at least 7 times).
Small Strips & Wood Applicators: when these arrived I realized how small they were. WAY small. The strips are about 2x10 cm and the sticks are about 1x10 cm. If you are using this wax kit for facial waxing then that would be fine, but I do full leg waxes. I had to run to the beauty supply store and buy larger wooden applicator and muslin strips (GIGI Large Wooden Spatulas - 100 ct. & GIGI Natural Muslin Roll). I cut the strips between 8-10" long and it takes 20 strips for a full leg wax.
My sister loves it. April 22, 2010 M. Haro (California) This was a gift for my younger sister. It arrived on time, was packaged well, and nothing was missing. She was thrilled after she found what the kit included. It had everything she needed. She thought at first that she'd have to buy the actual wax and some other stuff. Anyway, she was very happy.

I go to Toni & Guy Academy and this is what we use there. I just searched for a hot wax kit that I could have at home, and this was the first one that popped up, and it's a lot less expensive than I thought. We have the whole line of products there too, but none of them ever really get used except the wax off, but that's easily replaced at home, so you don't really neeeeed all the lotions and stuff, unless you're going to actually use this for a salon and want to look fancy. But it's really simple to use. Just set it at 'medium' and wait an hour and wax away :). I've been at school for a year, so I know it lasts at least that long, being on 8 hours a day and being used constantly. I'm sure it's been there much longer than that too.
Great product October 11, 2009 Towanda Coleman (New Castle, DE USA) Works just like the one in the nail saloon! Loved it , sticky but just use mineral or baby oil to clean up
