I have just finished my 3rd tube of Crest 3D White Advanced Vivid Toothpaste. Even though the cost is slightly higher for this item I really have been liking the results and product. I would like to continue to use this product but the packaging is very difficult.
Initially dispensing the product is rather easy but as the tube nears empty it becomes really hard and at the end you probably waste about another 3 days of toothpaste because you just can't get it out! Additionally the flip off cap has broken off of each of the 3 tubes I purchased by the time I finished the product. Then you can't stand the bottle up like its designed, its sharp and unsanitary because its open to the elements.
Procter & Gamble needs to redesign the packaging for easier use. I want to continue to use this but its really annoying and not cost effective. Also, when they repackage hopefully the tubes will be made a little larger as there is only 4.1oz in here and the cost is just under $5.00.

I had bought the "non advanced" version of vivid white and quite liked it. This time I bought the advanced version which I noticed had an additional ingredient - silica. As soon as i tried it, I knew it was not for me. It was very crunchy - like sand in your mouth - similar to the polish they use on me at the dentist. I didn't like it at all. I will be throwing it away. I would be concerned about it damaging my teeth.

I have used this toothpast for 14 days +. It says it will whiten your teeth, and it will, but not by much. I use it in tangent with vivid white. It tastes great and my teeth look and feel healthy. No sensitivity, despite the abrasiveness, and I would recommend it, but not for heavy duty whitening.
