I am using these for the first time today. They feel really amazing inside of me. I have not taken them out yet, so not sure if it is strengthening the muscles like it's supposed to, but it still feels great!! You cannot beat this price either. They retail for about $20 more! Lelo is a great product line. All of their products are high quality and come with a one year replacement warranty, as well as a 10-year warranty to get something half off if your product fails! Highly recommend this product!!!

This company is excellent in shipping. Everything comes in perfect condition and fast which is very nice.
On to the product, they come packaged nicely and with full instructions which I really appreciate. So, after having kids and being older I wanted to make sure I was doing Kegals right and doing them by myself I wasn't sure. This takes out the guess work.
They are super easy to use and clean. They really aren't much for stimulation but you do feel them when you move certain ways. But they do nothing for me as far as excitement which is no biggie. I actually do feel they are helping but then I don't think I needed them as much as I originally thought. Over all they are really good quality (and if inserting something in your body it should be!)and I don't regret my purchase and would recommend it to anyone proactive on taking care of themselves.

I don't know why they include two different weight sets - I'd never done a Kegel but at 25 with no history of childbirth, I was immediately able to keep in both heavier balls without much trouble.
I don't honestly feel like they give me a huge workout - a little bit of one, sure, now and then as I'm shifting position. But I mainly like them for some fun "secret" stimulation when I'm running errands around town, have a boring meeting at work, or as "no boyfriend effort required" foreplay on a date. How much I feel them can vary pretty widely...sometimes I get frustrated because I can't feel the movement of the inner balls as much as I'd like, and other times it will surprise me that a certain motion has them really rocking.

I was trying to decide between the Lelo Luna Balls OR the Gyneflex with VTP. After reviewing and educating myself further, via their individual websites, it became obvious to me that the Gyneflex with VTP was just too laborious. In today's world, I have no TIME to lay on my bed doing these exercises, as recommended on their website ([...]). That's why the Luna Balls are PERFECT! Life is crazy and fast. I can pop one of these in and go about my business for a 1/2 hour and then remove, wash and dry it, and it's ready to go for tomorrow. Gravity and movement are what help in this aspect. I don't have to "remember" that these are in - I KNOW it! And after the first few days, I could already tell a difference in muscle strength.
The great thing about the Luna Balls is that they're graduated in size, so you can start out at whatever you're comfortable with - it's all in the same package. I used the lightest (pink - 28gm) for the first few days, and then went to the heavier (blue - 37gm) ball. Soon, I'll move to using two balls together with the harness, in 3 different combinations: pink/pink (56gm), pink/blue (65gm), and blue/blue (74gm). And this is ANOTHER reason that these Luna Balls by Lelo are perfect. The other system had you purchase their "anatomically correct" flexers in one of three sizes: lightest, regular strength, and firm strength. You have to buy a different set to get a different strength.
I've got 5 different strength combinations with these Luna Balls!!
