LOVE this steamer. There is a review on here that is amazingly detailed. Long, but worht the read. BUT...........one thing that I did not see in any of the reviews, and did not discover until I read the manual once i got the steamer............is that it is NOT RECOMMENDED for self stick tiles...which is what I have in both my Kitchen and my bathroom. Nevertheless, It works so well that I kept it and still use it.......I am just careful about how long i keep the steam on any one section of the floor. So far no problems with loose tiles. The steamer is amazingly well built..and my floors get amazingly clean.

I can't believe this? 54.99 + 12.95 shipping for 1 piece of cloth? Amazon shouldn't allow this. I really like my steamer so what I have done is purchase 12 100% cotton hand towel's from Costco for a few dollars. I have to cut one edge to make it fit but it's close enough. Works just as well and much cheaper.

How can you charge 54.99 for a cloth pad when you can buy the complete Eureka Steamer with TWO cloth pads for 64.99?
