 Absolutely terrible September 4, 2010

I saw this on sale for about $12 and I thought, with all the good reviews here, I'd give it a try on my next vacation. It would definitely be nice not to have to worry about banging up or losing my regular electric shaver.
So I did. I spent about 15 minutes trying to use this razor and it left about half the hairs on my face completely intact. I would go over the same area several times and still nothing. I've never had this probably with any electric razor I've bought before because my beard does not grow in thick by any means. I ended up having to borrow my girlfriends razor, which she wasn't exactly happy about, but she didn't really want me going out looking like an idiot with my face half shaved either.
Terrible product.

Did not have high expectations for a battery powered shaver but when it was offered as a lightning deal I went for it. Loved that it came with batteries - the day it arrived I had skipped my morning shave and was in need of a shave before the parent-teacher meetings that evening.
The product is very solid and well designed. Looks like it will last a long while.

To be fair, I had the discontinued P-70 model which is essentially the same. The razor did work at first, but easily took 5 times longer to shave than my full-size Braun Shaver. But then when it wore out, it did so very quickly without warning. I was left traveling with no working shaver. Even an hour could not produce a shave. I'm going to try a rotary shaver next.

Much more shaver than I expected for the price. Just the perfect size for travel. Shaves as close as my more expensive Braun although not as fast. Have not had it long enough yet to attest to it's durability but for the price one could not expect to much. Extremly happy with my purchase.
