This product really works to suppress your appetite. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I'm only eating half of my meals now. I can see the results.

wow i started using this product along with my co-worker the same day and we both going to the gym and he lost 9lbs in a week and i've lost 6lbs so far!!!
I recommend this product to anyone with desire to lose bodyfat weight!!!
It gives so much energy and it will keep pushing you until you are sore!!!
oh yah it also makes you full even after eating just a banana lol...
