Product Description
NL A57 - Some suggest dotting the first coat on, instead of brushing it across the nail, for full coverage. Will usually need at least 2 coats. A clear top coat (not included) helps to keep nail polish from chipping.

OPI Mad As A Hatter is from the limited edition Alice in Wonderland collection. It is impossible to find in the stores anymore so be prepared to pay double/triple price on eBay. But if you like glitters it just might be worth it for one bottle! It is next to impossible to photograph and has a purple to grayish hue in low lighting but when you get out in the sunlight it is a dazzling sparkle of multiple colors. I only use it on toenails as I could never wear something like this at work but I have had no problems with it chipping or flaking off. Both times I have used it it has lasted a full 2 weeks and I have only removed it because I was ready for a change. I used one base coat of clear polish first, was able to get full coverage on one coat by dropping it on and gently spreading it a bit and then finished off with 2 layers of clear top coat. It is a job getting it off, even with using 100% acetone polish remover but the crowd your feet will draw makes it worth it!

The OPI mad hatter polish is over priced and does not stay on well. It comes off in a full nail form.

I really love this nail polish color & it came fast in the mail! I put on a thick first coat very carefully, and a second coat on top, which made it opaque enough. The color itself is pretty, and the end result is beautiful, however, the polish chips off way to easily. By day one, it had already chipped off around the bottom of my nails, and simple daily tasks make it peel off completely. The only reason I'm keeping it is because of how genuinely pretty and unique it is.
