This scale is good looking, stable and extremely accurate, plus it is reasonably priced. I tested this against my doctor's expensive scale and both were the same weight. Easy to use as you just step right on.. highly recommended.

First off, I'm very impressed with the company. I emailed a question about the product and got a prompt reply from the manufacturer and the reply actually answered my question. How often does that happen these days?
I have read SO many positive reviews about this scale that I ended up taking a chance and purchasing two of them, one for my house and one for my lady friend's house. That way, I can weigh myself at either house and be sure that I'm getting an accurate measurement. With our old scales, I would be 7 to 10 pounds heavier when weighing at my house (which was a good excuse for sleeping over at her place, I suppose). When the two scales arrived, we both picked a scale and weighed ourselves, then switched scales. We did this several times and the most it ever varied for either of us was .2 pounds on either scale. That's accurate enough for me!
When I opened the box, the first thing that struck me was how thin this scale is. I find that the low height makes it less likely to stub my toe on it. The entire scale has surprisingly high fit and finish given the price. I live in Canada and most of the crappy scales available locally are twice the price. The HUGE and brightly lit numbers are great for people like me who wear glasses. I also like the fact that I typically always have spare batteries in the cupboard that will work with this scale. The last time the battery died in my old scale, it took me months to get around to buying the bloody specialty battery that it takes.
If you want a large platform, highly accurate and good looking scale, you won't go wrong with this one.

I was hesitant to purchase this scale because I had never heard of this company. But I had sent them an email asking a question about the scale and I received an answer within a few hours, not from customer service but from the company's vice president, in which he answered my question and was very personable. That convinced me to buy it and am I glad I did. This scale is absolutely fantastic. I didn't need the extra weight capacity and I didn't think I needed the large surface area, but it is such a pleasure to step on and the numbers are so very easy to read that I'm even happier with it than I thought I would be. And the accuracy is right on, reading to 0.2 of a pound, and repeatable reading after reading -- what I mean is that if you step off, let the scale shut down and then step on again, you will get the exact same reading time after time. Also, if you move the scale from where it was sitting, it will automatically recalibrate itself if it needs to. And it goes on automatically when you step on it, nothing to turn on, nothing to tap, it just turns itself on. The numbers are so large and so easy to read, I can't imagine anyone having a problem reading their weight. If you haven't guessed by now, I am absolutely delighted with this product and would not hesitate to recommend it. If you are serious about keeping track of your weight, don't waste your time and money with anything else and just order this one now. You will not regret doing so.

I was very excited to get this . Now after having it for a while it does not keep the same weight after stepping on it. You can get on, off and on and it could be as much as 5 lbs different!
That is really awful. the width of the scale and the screen are great. but i am disappointed now. :( and no i would not recommend this to a friend.
